Publications of Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG
On 20 December 2013, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, London, United Kingdom, as a
parent company, has notified us according to section 21 para. 1 and section
24 WpHG that the stake of JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London,
United Kingdom, in the voting rights in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany, has
fallen below the threshold of 3% on 18 December 2013 and that on this date
JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited held 2.99% of the voting rights
(2,417,968 voting rights) in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany. 1,842,938 of
these voting rights (2.28%) are attributed to JP Morgan Asset Management
(UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG and
575,030 (0.71%) of the voting rights are attributed to JP Morgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG.

U.S.A in the voting rights in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany, has fallen below
the threshold of 3% on 18 December 2013 and that on this date J.P. Morgan
Investment Management Inc. held 2.99% of the voting rights (2,417,968
voting rights) in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany. 1,842,938 of these voting
rights (2.28%) are attributed to J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.
pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG and further 575,030 (0.71%) of the
voting rights are attributed to J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.
pursuant to section 22 para 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG.
