Publications of Notification pursuant to sec. 26 para. 1 sentence 1 WpHG
On 31 October 2013, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, London, United Kingdom, as
parent company, has notified us according to section 21 para. 1 and section
24 WpHG that the stake of JP Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, London,
United Kingdom, in the voting rights in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany, on 29
October 2013 has fallen below the threshold of 5% and that on this date JP
Morgan Asset Management (UK) Limited held 4.89% of the voting rights
(3,597,386 voting rights) in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany. 3,005,152 of
these voting rights (4.09%) are attributed to JP Morgan Asset Management
(UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG and
592,234 (0.81%) of the voting rights are attributed to JP Morgan Asset
Management (UK) Limited pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG.
On 31 October 2013, JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, London, United Kingdom, as
parent company, has notified us according to section 21 para. 1 and section
24 WpHG that the stake of J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., New York,
U.S.A in the voting rights in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany, on 29 October
2013 has fallen below the threshold of 5% and that on this date JP Morgan
Investment Management Inc. held 4.89 % of the voting rights (3,597,386
voting rights) in Nordex SE, Rostock, Germany. 3,005,152 of these voting
rights (4.09%) are attributed to J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.
pursuant to section 22 para. 2 WpHG and further 592,234 (0.81%) of the
voting rights are attributed to J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc.
pursuant to section 22 para 1, sentence 1, no. 6 WpHG.
